TAXATION BOARDS OF REVIEW (TRANSFER OF JURISDICTION) ACT 1986No. 48, 1986 - SECT 4

4. Section 19 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting after paragraph (2)(b) the following paragraph:

"(ba) Taxation Appeals Division;"; and

   (b)  by inserting after sub-section (3) the following sub-section:

"(3A) A member shall not be assigned to the Taxation Appeals Division unless
the Minister has consulted with the Treasurer in relation to the assignment of
the member.".
