TAXATION BOARDS OF REVIEW (TRANSFER OF JURISDICTION) ACT 1986No. 48, 1986 - SECT 23

Appeals from Supreme Court and Federal Court 
23. Section 28 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) "or a decision of a Supreme Court on
        an appeal or reference under section 27"; and

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (1) (a) and substituting the following
        paragraph:

"(a) to the Federal Court of Australia; or".
