TAXATION BOARDS OF REVIEW (TRANSFER OF JURISDICTION) ACT 1986No. 48, 1986 - SECT 2
Commencement
2. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), this Act shall come into operation on 1
July 1986.
(2) Section 31 and Parts VII and VIII shall come into operation, or shall be
deemed to have come into operation, immediately after the Fringe Benefits Tax
Assessment Act 1986 comes into operation.
