TAXATION BOARDS OF REVIEW (TRANSFER OF JURISDICTION) ACT 1986No. 48, 1986 - SECT 12

12. Section 78 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting sub-sections (1) and (2);
(b) by omitting from sub-section (3) "set aside on a reference or appeal" and
substituting "varied or set aside on an objection or to give effect to a
decision of the Tribunal or of a court";

   (c)  by omitting paragraph (4) (a); and

   (d)  by omitting paragraph (4) (b) and substituting the following
        paragraph:

"(b) the variation, or the setting aside, of a prescribed decision on an
objection or to give effect to a decision of the Tribunal or of a court,".
