TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1992 No. 216 of 1992 - SECT 19

19. Schedule 2 to the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraphs
7(1)(g) and 9(1)(g) the following paragraph:

"(ga) the licensee will not broadcast films that are classified as 'R' unless
the films have been modified as mentioned in paragraph 123(3A)(b);".
