TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 71 of 1992 - SECT 4

4. Section 3A of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by adding at the end of each of paragraphs (2)(a) to (g) (inclusive)
        "and";

   (b)  by adding at the end of subsection (2) the following word and
        paragraphs: "; and (k) the Protocol amending Article 56 of the Chicago
        Convention, approved by the Assembly of the International Civil
        Aviation Organization on 6 October 1989; and

   (l)  the Protocol amending Article 50(a) of the Chicago Convention,
        approved by the Assembly of the International Civil Aviation
        Organization on 26 October 1990.".
