TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1989 No. 23 of 1990 - SECT 69
Sale or supply of customer equipment for which there is no permit
69. Section 115 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting "or supply"
after "sell".
