TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1989 No. 23 of 1990 - SECT 19
Additional functions of Minister
19. Section 125D of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following subsection:
"(4) The Minister may make charges for the investigation of interferences with
the reception of radio and television programs.".
