TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 64 of 1994 - SECT 4

4. If an instrument, Proclamation or order under section 421, 422, 422A, 423,
423A or 423B of the Navigation Act 1912 was in force immediately before those
sections were repealed by this Act, the instrument, Proclamation or order:

   (a)  continues in force after that repeal as if those sections had not been
        repealed; and

   (b)  may be revoked in the same way that it could have been revoked before
        those sections were repealed.
