TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 82 of 1992 - SECT 2

2.(1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Subsection 5(2) and sections 6 and 7 commence on a day to be fixed by
Proclamation.

(3) If the provisions mentioned in subsection (2) do not commence under that
subsection within the period of 6 months beginning on the day on which this
Act receives the Royal Assent, they commence on the first day after the end of
that period.

(4) Sections 16, 18 and 19, subsection 20(1) and section 21 are taken to have
commenced immediately after the commencement of the Broadcasting Amendment Act
(No. 2) 1991 (other than sections 19, 20 and 21 of that Act).

(5) Sections 22, 23, 24 and 25 are taken to have commenced on 1 January 1992.
