TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 11 of 1991 - SECT 4

4. (1) Section 26 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection
(1AA).

(2) Conduct engaged in before this Act receives the Royal Assent is not taken
to become an offence as a result of the enactment of subsection 2 (2) of this
Act or subsection (1) of this section.
