TAXATION ADMINISTRATION AMENDMENT ACT 1979 No. 59, 1979 - SECT 5
Officers' Rights Declaration Act
5. Section 15 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting '', a Second
Commissioner of Taxation or a member of a Valuation Board'' (wherever
occurring) and substituting ''or a Second Commissioner of Taxation''.
