TELECOMMUNICATIONS (INTERCEPTION) AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 103 of 1993 - SECT 2

2.(1) Except for the sections referred to in subsection (2), this Act
commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Subject to subsection (3), subsection 3(2) and sections 5, 12, 14, 15, 16,
17, 18, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28 commence on a day to be fixed by Proclamation.

(3) If the provisions referred to in subsection (2) do not commence under that
subsection before 1 March 1994, they commence on that day.
