TELECOMMUNICATIONS (INTERCEPTION) AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 103 of 1993 - SECT 19

Revocation of warrant by chief officer of other agency

19. Section 57 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from paragraph (3)(b) "the instrument" and substituting "a
copy of the instrument";

   (b)  by adding at the end the following subsection:

"(4) The chief officer of an agency may delegate his or her power under
subsection (2) to a certifying officer of the agency.".
