TELECOMMUNICATIONS AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 121 of 1988 - SECT 37

37. By-laws made under section 111 of the Principal Act and in force
immediately before the commencement of section 12 of this Act have effect,
after that commencement, as if they had been made under section 111 of the
Principal Act as amended by this Act.
