TELECOMMUNICATIONS AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 121 of 1988 - SECT 32
Employment of staff members to continue
32. Each person who, immediately before the commencement of section 14 of this
Act, is an officer or employee of the Corporation continues to be employed by
the Corporation as if the person had been engaged by the Corporation under
section 38 of the Principal Act as amended by this Act.
