TELECOMMUNICATIONS AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 121 of 1988 - SECT 31

31. (1) The person who, immediately before the commencement of section 12 of
this Act, holds office as Chief General Manager continues to hold that office.

(2) Sections 34, 35 and 37 of the Principal Act, and the By-laws made for the
purposes of subsection 34 (8) of the Principal Act (being the By-laws in force
immediately before the commencement of section 12 of this Act), continue to
apply in relation to the person.
