TELECOMMUNICATIONS AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 121 of 1988 - SECT 25

Telecommunications not to be intercepted

25. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph (2)
(a) the following paragraph:

"(aa) the interception of a communication by another person lawfully engaged
in duties relating to the installation or maintenance of PABX equipment;".
