TELECOMMUNICATIONS AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 121 of 1988 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Act commences on the day on
which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Sections 5, 6, 10, 12 and 13 and subsections 23 (2) and 26 (1) commence on
a day to be fixed by Proclamation for the purposes of this subsection.

(3) Section 14 and subsections 23 (3) and 26 (2) commence on a day to be fixed
by Proclamation for the purposes of this subsection.
