TELECOMMUNICATIONS AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 121 of 1988 - SECT 15

15. Section 72A of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:

"(1) The Commission may:

   (a)  borrow money from persons other than the Commonwealth; and

   (b)  raise money otherwise than by borrowing.";

   (b)  by omitting subsections (4) and (5).
