TELECOMMUNICATIONS AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 121 of 1988 - SECT 10

10. After section 10A of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Delegation of Corporation's powers

"10B. (1) An authorised person may, in writing, delegate to an employee all or
any of the powers of the Corporation under this or any other Act.

"(2) In subsection (1):
'authorised person' means:

   (a)  the Managing Director; or

   (b)  an employee who is, for the time being, authorised by the Board for
        the purposes of this section.".
