TELECOMMUNICATIONS (INTERCEPTION) AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 89 of 1987 - SECT 17

17. (1) Section 25 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting subsections (1) and (3);
(b) by omitting from subsection (2) "section 21" and substituting "this Part";
and
(c) by omitting from paragraphs (2) (a) and (b) "of the Commission".

(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), section 25 of the Principal Act continues
to have effect in relation to a warrant under section 20 or 21 of the
Principal Act.
