TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 No. 47 of 1997 - SECT 77

77 Applications for nominated carrier declarations

A carrier may apply to the ACA for a nominated carrier declaration in relation
to one or more specified network units. Note: A network unit may be specified
by name, by inclusion in a specified class or in any other way.
