62 Condition of carrier licence set out in section 152AZ of the Trade Practices Act 1974

A carrier licence is subject to the condition set out in section  152AZ of the
Trade Practices Act 1974. Note: Section 152AZ of the Trade Practices Act 1974
deals with standard access obligations.
