TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 No. 47 of 1997 - SECT 55

(1) The ACA may, within 28 days after an application is made, request the
applicant to give the ACA, within the period specified in the request, further
information about the application.

(2) The ACA may refuse to consider the application until the applicant gives
the ACA the information.
