TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 No. 47 of 1997 - SECT 52
52 Applications for carrier licence
A person may apply to the ACA for a carrier licence, so long as the person is:
(a) a constitutional corporation; or
(b) an eligible partnership; or
(c) a public body.
