TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 No. 47 of 1997 - SECT 39

39 Principal user of a property

(1) The principal user of a property is the person who:

   (a)  occupies the property; or

   (b)  uses the property for the purpose that is the sole or principal
        purpose for which the property is used.

(2) However, if 2 or more persons:

   (a)  together occupy a property; or

   (b)  together use a property for the purpose that is the sole or principal
        purpose for which the property is used; they are taken to together be
        the principal user of the property.
