TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 No. 47 of 1997 - SECT 38

(1) 2 contiguous properties form a combined area.

(2) If:

   (a)  a property is contiguous with another property; and

   (b)  the other property forms part of a combined area; the first-mentioned
        property, and the combined area referred to in paragraph (b), together
        form a combined area.

(3) Subsection (2) is recursive, that is, the reference in paragraph (2)(b) to
a combined area is a reference to something that is a combined area because of
any other application or applications of this section.
