TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 No. 47 of 1997 - SECT 36

36 Distinct places-basic rules

(1) Places are distinct unless they are all in the same area because of
subsection (2), (3) or (4).

(2) Places are in the same area if they are all situated in the same property
as defined by section 37.

(3) Places are in the same area if they are situated in properties each of
which forms part of a combined area as defined by section 38 and:

   (a)  the same person or persons is or are the principal user (as defined by
        section 39) of all the properties that together constitute that
        combined area; or

   (b)  because of a determination in force under section 40, that combined
        area is an eligible combined area for the purposes of this paragraph.

(4) Places are in the same area if they are all situated in the same eligible
Territory.

(5) The later provisions of this Division have effect only for the purposes of
this Division.
