TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 No. 47 of 1997 - SECT 29

(1) The Minister may, by written instrument, determine that a specified
facility is a network unit for the purposes of this Act.

(2) The determination has effect accordingly.

(3) An instrument under this section is a disallowable instrument for the
purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.

(4) To avoid doubt, nothing in the other provisions of this Part limits the
power conferred by subsection (1).
