TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 No. 47 of 1997 - SECT 2

(1) The following provisions of this Act commence on the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent:

   (a)  this Part;

   (b)  Part 2;

   (c)  Divisions 2, 3 and 4 of Part 4;

   (d)  Division 3 of Part 25;

   (e)  Part 33;

   (f)  section 589;

   (g)  section 594.

(2) Sections 52 to 55 (inclusive) commence on 5 June 1997.

(3) The remaining provisions of this Act commence on 1 July 1997.
