TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 No. 47 of 1997 - SECT 15

(1) For the purposes of this Act, a content service is:

   (a)  a broadcasting service; or

   (b)  an on-line information service (for example, a dial-up information
        service); or

   (c)  an on-line entertainment service (for example, a video-on-demand
        service or an interactive computer game service); or

   (d)  any other on-line service (for example, an education service provided
        by a State or Territory government); or

   (e)  a service of a kind specified in a determination made by the Minister
        for the purposes of this paragraph.

(2) The Minister may make a written determination for the purposes of
paragraph (1)(e).

(3) A determination made for the purposes of paragraph (1)(e) is a
disallowable instrument for the purposes of section 46A of the Acts 
Interpretation Act 1901.
