TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 389

Money of AUSTEL 
389. (1) There is payable to AUSTEL such money as is appropriated by the
Parliament for the purposes of AUSTEL.

(2) The Minister for Finance may give directions as to the amounts in which,
and the times at which, money referred to in subsection (1) is to be paid to
AUSTEL.
