TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 359
Criminal proceedings not to be brought for contravention of licence condition
359. Criminal proceedings do not lie against a carrier merely because the
carrier has contravened a condition of a licence.
