TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 35

35. The Australian Telecommunications Authority:

   (a)  is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and

   (b)  is to have a common seal; and

   (c)  may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
