TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 11

Regulations may determine network boundaries 
11. (1) The regulations may make provision for or in relation to:

   (a)  defining the boundaries of a telecommunications network; or

   (b)  determining the equipment, lines and other facilities that are to be
        taken to be beyond, or not beyond, the boundaries of a
        telecommunications network.

(2) Regulations in force because of subsection (1) have effect despite
anything in this Division.
