TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 108
AUSTEL may authorise use of certain facilities
108. On application by a person, AUSTEL may by writing authorise the person:
(a) to install, maintain, use or dispose of specified line links; or
(b) to supply, by the use of specified satellite-based facilities,
specified telecommunications services.
