TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1989No. 53, 1989 - SECT 9

Interpretation-meaning of customer equipment of same type 
9. For the purposes of this Act, an item of customer equipment is of the same
type as another item of customer equipment if:

   (a)  the items were produced to specifications that do not differ in any
        material respect; and

   (b)  the respective ways in which each of the items were produced do not
        differ in any material respect.
