TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1989No. 53, 1989 - SECT 8

Interpretation-meaning of supply under a class licence of value added service or private network service 
8. For the purposes of this Act, a value added service or private network
service is supplied under a class licence if:

   (a)  supplying the service is permitted under the class licence; and

   (b)  the service is supplied in accordance with the conditions of the
        licence.
