TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1989No. 53, 1989 - SECT 6

Interpretation-meaning of person entitled to use satellite-based facilities operated by AUSSAT 
6. For the purposes of this Act, a person is entitled to use satellite-based
facilities operated by AUSSAT, or telecommunications services supplied by
AUSSAT, if the person is entitled to use the facilities or services under:

   (a)  an approval of AUSSAT; or

   (b)  an agreement between AUSSAT and the person.
