TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1989No. 53, 1989 - SECT 29
Minister may give directions to AUSTEL
29. (1) The Minister may give written directions to AUSTEL in relation to the
performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers.
(2) The Minister shall not, under subsection (1), give a direction that he or
she is empowered to give under section 73 or 111.
(3) A direction under subsection (1) shall be published in the Gazette.
