TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1989No. 53, 1989 - SECT 17

17. The Australian Telecommunications Authority:

   (a)  is a body corporate with perpetual succession;

   (b)  shall have a common seal; and

   (c)  may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
