TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1989No. 53, 1989 - SECT 169

Term of appointment 
169. (1) A member shall be appointed for the period, not exceeding 5 years,
specified in the instrument of appointment.

(2) A member is eligible for reappointment.
