TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1989No. 53, 1989 - SECT 10
Interpretation-meaning of common interest
10. For the purposes of this Act, a person has a common interest with another
person if, under directions given to AUSTEL under subsection 73 (2), the
person is to be taken to have a common interest with the other person.
