TELECOMMUNICATIONS (INTERCEPTION) ACT 1979 No. 114 of 1979 - SECT 3

3. (1) The Telephonic Communications (Interception) Act 1960*2* is repealed.

(2) A warrant in force under the Telephonic Communications (Interception) Act
1960 immediately before the commencement of this Act has effect after the
commencement of this Act-

   (a)  if it was issued by the Attorney-General-as if it had been issued
        under section 9 of this Act; or

   (b)  if it had been issued by the Director-General of Security-as if it had
        been issued under section 10 of this Act.
