TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1975 No. 55 of 1975 - SECT 9

9. (1) The Commission may do, in Australia or elsewhere, all things necessary
or convenient to be done for or in connexion with, or as incidental to, the
performance of its functions under this Act.

(2) The generality of sub-section (1) shall not be taken to be limited by any
other provisions of this Act conferring a power on the Commission.
