TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1975 No. 55 of 1975 - SECT 57

Division 6-Dismissals and Punishments
57. (1) In this Division, unless the contrary intention appears, ''salary''
does not include such allowances as are prescribed by the By-laws.

(2) In this Division, a reference to misconduct, in relation to an officer, is
a reference to a failure of the officer to fulfil his duty as an officer.
