TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1975 No. 55 of 1975 - SECT 38

Division 2-Establishment of the Australian Telecommunications Commission
Service 38. (1) For the purpose of enabling the Commission to perform its
functions under this Act, there is hereby established an Australian
Telecommunications Commission Service.

(2) The Service consists of the persons appointed as officers or employed as
temporary employees in accordance with this Part and of persons deemed to be
appointed as officers under section 16 of the Transitional Provisions Act.
