TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1975 No. 55 of 1975 - SECT 33

33. (1) The Commission may, by instrument under its seal, delegate to a
Commissioner, to the Chief General Manager or to an officer or employee,
either generally or otherwise as provided by the instrument of delegation, all
or any of its powers under this Act (except this power of delegation).

(2) A delegation under this section is revocable at will and does not prevent
the exercise of a power by the Commission.
