TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1975 No. 55 of 1975 - SECT 13

13. (1) The Commission-

   (a)  may authorize a person to erect, maintain or operate a tele-
        communications installation other than an installation for the purpose
        of transmitting or receiving messages by means of wireless telegraphy;
        and

   (b)  may authorize the attachment of a line, equipment or apparatus,
        including equipment or apparatus for the purpose of transmitting or
        receiving messages by means of wireless telegraphy, to a
        telecommunications system.

(2) The Commission may specify, in an authorization issued under sub-section
(1), the period in respect of which, and the terms and conditions subject to
which, the authorization is to operate.
